T3 Recommended Services Cost Scaling/Pricing

I've recently been exploring the T3 stack and am particularly interested in the cost-scaling aspects of the services recommended for deployments, infrastructure, and databases, such as Vercel and PlanetScale. While these services offer generous free tiers, I'm concerned about potential cost escalations as projects scale. Given my limited expertise in making cost estimates, I'm seeking insights on whether the initial ease and cost benefits could lead to significant expenses down the line, especially for projects that gain traction. I've encountered discussions (e.g., on Reddit) that have made me skeptical about scaling costs. Could anyone share their experiences or insights on managing costs with these services as projects grow? Specifically, I'm wondering if exploring alternative solutions, despite their initial setup complexity, might be more cost-effective in the long run. How do these services compare to setting up and managing my own infrastructure on AWS, considering factors like cost, scalability, and technical requirements? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

You need to understand that most of those charges are from bandwidth If you want to host it, cloudflare is a great alternative, even if they dont support the same features as vercel but if you really don't want to have any surprised, you should go for long running service, basically vms like railway or fly, that you know for sure the cap of the expending fly ik that has scale to 0, so you pay only for the real vm usage but for all of them, you still pay for bandwidth for database, most of them follow a similar line, maybe based on usage or billed by resources taken
