Verification Problem

After patch, Riot always signs me out. Using my password and username I was able to sign in and get to the verification part of the process where they send you a code to your email. It's been two days and I haven't gotten an email. I've tried resending code, nothing. I've tried changing my password, nothing. No email. Tried getting my username, still nothing. I've submitted two tickets, also nothing in my email. I'm not sure what else to do.

EXACT SAME ISSUE FOR 4 DAYS im getting emails but nothing from riot ive tried so much maybe try check ur spam/junk folders other than that ur just gonna have to wait for riot to respond some people tried logging in on the mobile version and spam 'resend code' a bunch and just keep trying till u get a code but this didnt work for me however riot did respond to me saying this

They suspended your account??? Like punishment suspension? or? yeah, I've checked EVERYWHERE in my email. Nothing. I even tried ALL of emails for the recover username to see if maybe one of my others one are tagged to my main account, nothing. It's like the account never existed or something besides the fact that I played it two days ago and I was logging in JUST fine with the credentials I had and did NOT change anything. Even now, suddenly, my password doesn't work anymore. At least before I was able to get tot the verification screen, now I can't even do that becasue my password is wrong???? When I havent even been able to get on to change it. I'm so confused.

but like how if I have 2FA on T~T they would've needed to verify through my email the same way their making me verify rn. I'm LOST lol.

if u have no other solution u just have to wait for riot to respond to ur ticket

yeeeah, luckily I have another account so I can monitor the ticket through there instead of waiting for an email that might not even be working. I'm just upset because I was literally playing perfectly fine RIGHT before the patch. Had they not signed me out, like they always do after an update, I'd still have access to my account.

yh but keep me updated took them 3 days to respond with that pic i sent earlier, now another 3-4 days for them to review the ''suspension'' i think its for suspicious activity even though ive done absolutely nothing
