Valorant is not working
TL:DR Valorant is freezing and I don't know how to fix it. Need a solution
I get past the loading screen and then the game freezes and becomes unresponsive. Do you guys have any advice?

Like literally got banned for this and nobody gave me the solution
But the fix that worked for me was
First clean install your gpu drivers by uninstalling your gpu drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) then reinstall the latest one.
Next go on your windows search type %localappdata% then VALORANT -> Saved -> Config
and delete CrashaReportClient folder
Then go back into VALORANT -> Saved -> Webcache and delete everything inside. Then restart PC and it should be fixed.

@Jamn Now I think it is frozen on the loading screen, opinions? I’ll have to check again later though.
Only other fixes i know is updating your windows or clearing gpu chader caches. But not sure if they will work

I know windows is up to date, but I don't know how to clear the GPU shader caches.

So, right after I get out of the loading screen, Valorant becomes unresponsive and sometimes I can click around on something and it opens. Then the same issue happens again.
I don't know if I'm not patient enough or what.

Yes, I looked inside the Valorant folder for it and found it.
I got to this point so far, been trying to click on Video but not working so far.
