file uploading to S3 on vapor stuck on uploading

I have set a new server on Laravel Vapor, the S3 was generated by vapor with full public access, the image upload is stuck on uploading. Any advise?

ok I managed to get it working somehow, but now it uploads 100% green and then the component refreshes to it's initial state ?? any ideas? file is saved to livewire-tmp but not to the S3 directory
