Cyberpunk launch issue
Cyberpunk is missing red-prelauncher. This only happened after update 2.12. I did not change any settings, and i updated all my mods. If possible, i'd like not to do a fresh install, because last time i did that, i couldnt backup my save games.

CDPR was doing some weird stuff with that launcher recently
wouldn't be surprised if it were their faiult
you can try launching the red launcher installer again, it seems to complain about some component

yeah. the certificates file seems to be missing. no mod issue then. it doesnt seem to apply --launcher-skip. i really dont want to reinstall the game

i am missing the entire redLauncher folder in appdata for whatever reason

just launch the
setup_red_launcher.exe with Run exe in prefix option from game sttings

add a
PROTON_LOG=1 environment variable

there is no proton log
so it seems it doesnt even get to the step where it initialises proton

I guess you can workaround the launcher completely by setting Heroic to launch game exe directly

tried that. didnt work
well i extracted all the mods. same issue without them. gonna verify files now. if that doesnt work, ill reinstall
i backed up the saves
runs after verifying. for whatever reason

it may be that CDPR fucked up the compatibility
you can try rolling back to 2.11 version for the time being I guess
