issue with Midasbuy top-up
I have made couple requests in support but my issue is not solved š¦
I have been using midabuy for top up for a long time. But sometime my card is not working and I have bought redeem codes in OlduBil app (Turkish payment app). I have redeemed them in midasbuy and there is not issue. After this I was noticed it is possible if seller will make changerback for codes which I have bought from him and I have been asking midasbuy support and pubg mobile support to cancel these two transactions (codes) and make my balance negative to give me opportunity to top up it via Apple Store or MidasBuy. Support canāt help me with itā¦ I have spent more than 2000$ and I donāt want to be banned due chargeback for these 2 codesā¦
Is any idea how to make this request and find solution for it? Iām asking for cancel codes and give me money. Just cancel two transactions and give me opportunity to top up UC with my card.

As per the terms of service, you cannot refund a purchase after it has been successfully made. Please refer to https://www.pubgmobile.com/terms.html for further information.
You may contact the customer service support from where you purchased the UC or you may consider reporting the user/seller for the same. Also, please be advised to purchase UC from the official and recommended resources to avoid such fraudulent activities in the future.
Iām not asking for a refund and also I have used redeem code for Midasbuy to top up my account. Iām asking to cancel two operations and let me top up UC with card or Apple ID
Iām asking for cancel codes and give me money.Unfortunately, this is not possible, as this counts as Refund.
After this I was noticed it is possible if seller will make changerback for codes which I have bought from him.As mentioned previously, in case the user/seller tries to perform such illegal activities, please report such activities to the website from where you purchased the ( Codes,UC ) or you may consider contacting their customer service.
I think I should wait for moderatorās answer.
Refund means to send buyers money back. I donāt request itā¦

You can do a chargeback when you got evidence that you bought an invalid code. As long as you didnāt redeem these codes and got UC added to your account there is not harm.
You can contact your bank for more information.
bank can't do anything if one of the sellers on platform was doing something against their site rules, bank can be involved only when site is not legit or operation was not legit, you need to contact site customer service and deal with them, nothing can do pubg mobile/midasbuy either, always use official sources to avoid headache and probably violation of ToS and risk of losing all the progress of account.
