issue with Midasbuy top-up
I have made couple requests in support but my issue is not solved 
I have been using midabuy for top up for a long time. But sometime my card is not working and I have bought redeem codes in OlduBil app (Turkish payment app). I have redeemed them in midasbuy and there is not issue. After this I was noticed it is possible if seller will make changerback for codes which I have bought from him and I have been asking midasbuy support and pubg mobile support to cancel these two transactions (codes) and make my balance negative to give me opportunity to top up it via Apple Store or MidasBuy. Support can’t help me with it… I have spent more than 2000$ and I don’t want to be banned due chargeback for these 2 codes…
Is any idea how to make this request and find solution for it? I’m asking for cancel codes and give me money. Just cancel two transactions and give me opportunity to top up UC with my card.
