Challenge passage failure on Quest 2/3 is a known issue that is being investigated, if you have issues accessing nexusmods specifically you can contact them for further assistance/potential workarounds
literally it's only the "im human" verif by cloudflare that never works...
If it's just on that site and not others then please do reach out to the site ownerrs
