Are features such as Bargaining, guncraft firearms and brother in arms no longer a thing?

Regarding your question, you can only complete the achievement "Lifelong Learner" at the moment.
The achievements "Bargainer" and "Do-It- Yourselfer" cannot be completed, as these achievements were based on specific in-game events which are currently not available in the game.

Please tap on the Find Teammates under the friend list and select the second option on the right side of the screen. You will be able to see the Brothers-In-Arms section.
