Mouse feels less sensitive when using laptop compared to PC

My laptop and PC are both 1920x1080. Same mouse at 800DPI on 0.52 RawInputBuffer. But why on my laptop does it feel slower than on my pc? Also, a friend tried it to confirm. He uses 0.175 on his PS and my 0.52 on my laptop he said felt more like his sens

this could be a reason out of many reasons. maybe this is different as this is controls dpi

like on the laptop maybe cursor speed is less or maybe here the cursor speed is slower or smth
