The problem of not receiving the full reward
Hello, I have a problem with not understanding the delay in the reward. I have received some rewards and not all of them have reached me. I wrote to Mrs. Error and he told me that I have to wait for the end of the second month, and it has come to an end, but I did not receive any reward from last month and the current month. It was a reward last month. (i.e. the end of the first month) as much as 18,000 US, but I got 8,600, and now I cannot contact Mrs. Eror to tell her what is wrong, and at the end of this month I do not remember exactly how much it was, but it can be confirmed with Mrs. Eror, I think it was about 6,500 US, For all of this, I only got 8,600 USS. Please answer.
I have a second case. I was one of the best messengers before this new system. Mrs. Error published the report’s ID, and I sent it to her, but I want to inquire about when I will get the report’s roll on the server?
Frankly, I was eager to get it and this was my goal, so I hope to work on it. I would be happy to get a roll on this server and be among the supporters of this game, with all due respect and appreciation to the support team.

Okay, I understand what you mean, but is the Reporter Roll given to those whose Reporter code has been published? That is, will they be given in the near future that Ms. Error mentioned?
