I didn't receive my UC

I made a purchase via Midasbuy, The balance already reduced but I still haven't got my UC.

When I tried to contact customer service from the bank and Midasbuy.
The CS Bank said the transaction is complete.
But when I tried to contact Midasbuy via mail. It got blocked, somehow.

Is there an issue from PUBGM too? Should I contact PUBGM Customer Service?
