I didn't receive my UC

I made a purchase via Midasbuy, The balance already reduced but I still haven't got my UC. When I tried to contact customer service from the bank and Midasbuy. The CS Bank said the transaction is complete. But when I tried to contact Midasbuy via mail. It got blocked, somehow. Is there an issue from PUBGM too? Should I contact PUBGM Customer Service? @Moderator @Tencent

I did. From the app and email. The app says it system busy. The email i sent got blocked. Should i wait tomorrow to contact again?

Yes, you should send an e-mail address to their support.

if you haven't received uc you need to contact their customer service: [email protected] or submit ticket via feedback option and provide transaction id/order number & Nature of Request, and the uid of player that you've tried to buy UC but if you made a mistake with 1 number or wrong UID they wont give you UC because when you enter UID to choose who you sent uc there is confirmation NAMETAG of UID that you press to agree and only after you can continue the process so it can't be i missclicked and got wrong UID, but if everything was in order and you have order and transaction number in history of your profile under section of transaction Records and you still haven't received UC they will assist you asap, aprox 72 Hours after request but most of the time they answer in 24 hour or less.

Thank you so much for the thorough explaination, I understand this more. I will try what you said since I haven't receive my UC yet, I think Midasbuy is at fault cause everytime I tried to contact feedback it says "System Busy, Please try again" Never encounter this. This is my first trouble on buying UC. Thank you once again dude! Have a great day/night!
