Press win+r on keyboard
Type msinfo32
Show photo of the app that opens.

Restart ur pc and spam the F2 key when its startimg to get into the bios. Use ur phone to chat here so i can guide u.
i alr turned it on but its still not working its enabled
U need to reset the factory keys.
U can do that on ur own or do u want me to guide u?

Click on secure boot
And show photo
Set secure boot mode to custom

And restore factory keys
It might ask u to "exit without saving"
Click no for that
Then save and exit
Or show a photo first
So i can confirm all is good
