Money debited but VP not received
I made a payment of rs1600 for VP through UPI option, money is debited from my account but I haven't received the vps.

same problem with me
i have submitted a ticket
it's been 19 hours
no response from support
It may take two to three days for them to reply
it's not my first time contacting twice my account was hacked which was worth 8 000 INR but they resolved the issue within few hours
idk why they are taking so much time now
i made 4000 INR VP purchase but the VP has no reflected in my valorant account
