iOS app error - 'Server is not reachable'
I've only recently set up Immich, starting with v1.94.1 but haven't had any issues upgrading over the weeks and now both my mobile app and server app are on v1.98.2.
A couple of times over the last few weeks the mobile app has seemed to have lost its connection to the main app. Moble app logs would show 400 errors. Logging out and attempting to log back in would give the "Server is not reachable" message and no logs would be shown in the mobile app (troubleshooting turned on and finest log level) or the docker logs (set to verbose). Note in the attached log, the websocket connection is when accessing from the web browser. I can copy and paste the URL from mobile app into safari (same device) and access the site... well once I remove /api from the end.
In the past this error has cropped up but then disappeared.. I'm not sure exactly when but it's possible it coincided with an app release so once mobile and server versions are aligned it came back up. However since around v1.98 including v1.98.1 and v1.98.2 I've never been able to get access from my mobile app. I've tried removing the app and reinstalling from the app store but no luck. I've tried rebooting my docker host completely but no luck. I never have any issues accessing via a web browser.
I'm accessing via the hostname/port directly on the local network/same subnet etc.
I've attached compose/env file content and log output to this message.

Can you post the screenshot of the url input screen?

Same ip/port in safari

Did you allow the app to access local network
omg. not sure why it was off, especially when it has worked in the past.. but that's resolved it. Sorry and thank you!
No worry, you wouldn't know if you didn't ask 😄
