Banned for using 3rd Party Programs
Hello Guys, my Account got hacked and cheated on and now i am banned for using 3rd party Programs, when i submit a tickets its getting solved after 2 days without an answer. After i noticed someone foreign playing on my account i instantly submitted a ticket to change email and password but i took like 4 days, and in that time the hacker played on the account. Is there any way to get my account unbanned?

The only way to appeal this action is to make a ticket explaining the situation. If your pervious ticket got solved, I suggest rewording your next ticket and explaining that your past one (send ticket ID) was solved in error.

I have created like 3 Tickets now and mentioned the Tickets before, when i create it over „discuss a ban“ i just get an answer by the blitzcrank bot and my ticket get marked as solved.
When in create a new ticket which path should i choose?
