fixing default wine path
Hi, whenever I launch a game I get the the following error. On desktop mode, it’s fine I can just click yes, but in game mode, I have to change the controller layout to keyboard and mouse so I can click since the touchscreen doesn’t work for some reason at that point. Is there any cli command to mass fix this? I have about 150 epic/gog games installed.

This is due to the games being installed before wine-ge I assume.

go to heroic's general settings > game defaults, and set a wine there that would be the default for any new game
if it shows Wine-GE-latest already selected, change it to something else and change it back to wine-ge-latest

right but can i do anything outside of clicking yes to fix existing games

On bazzite I switched the decky plugin handheld daemon and switched the track pad from controller to virtual which gave me mouse back… so now I can just click the yes button lol

i mean it sounds like whatever game you are launching is configured to use a wine you do not have.. have you tried just setting that one game's wine to wine-ge-latest?
