Logical Replication for our organization

Hey,

I know logical replication is on hold right now, but I need to ask about it. We're trying to move our database to Neon and need logical replication for some services.

Is there a way to turn it on for our test database? We're tight on time to switch databases and need to show this can work to get an approval.
