Open conversation on Chatwoot not working
hello guys
I'm trying to open a conversation on ChatWoot after the flow is completed by the user, but even with the tutorials we have on the documentation, I'm not getting it...
can someone save me with this?
I'm using Typebot self-hosted

I noticed that my typebot don't shows me the option "Trigger Live chat" on Chatwoot integration option
As you can see in the image, I have only Show widget and Close widget

@Bruno Mondini Hi, sorry delay I was busy, you don´t need a Trigger Live chat, to work with chatwoot. Here is all the docs you need to make this work https://docs.typebot.io/editor/blocks/integrations/chatwoot.
The name that you may see as Trigger Live chat is just the name of the block, this can be change for any name.

and about the custom attributes? need to create that rule?

To start a chat and send message don´t need create custom attributes
this is on chatwoot side, not in typebot

Maybe this is your error user id do not match with e-mail pattern
remove all user details
I think your error is try use chatwoot with evolution api, are you trying this ?

the integration with evolution api do not use the chatwoot block.
You should look for information in the evolution-api documentation or community
