I checked both hours yesterday and even set alarms for the specific time with the UTC +0 timezone, waited and tapped all over the lobby but nothing happened or popped up for the whole duration of 30 minutes

@Quendi this same happend to me now its 2:00 Pm Utc + 0 and missed today and yesterday, the lucky box isn't appearing in lobby. Please fix this

As a response from Tencent, the customer service has been informed and they will improve their responses next time. Thank you.
The Lucky Box Drop event will have two more rounds from March 22 to March 24 and from April 9 to April 11.
Please check for regular drops during the upcoming time slots of 14:00 - 14:30 (UTC +0) and 19:00 - 19:30 (UTC +0) from March 22 to March 24.
What about the three of us, do we get any compensation cuz we didnt miss but the glitch happened
