UI Elements freeze game when showing up the first time.
I've been having this issue since a month or so.
My game freezes for about 1-2 seconds every time a new UI element shows up for the first time. It only seems to happen the first time a UI shows up.
Promotion UI, End Game UI, Death UI, Supply kit UI... happens with all of them
