I cannot enter a queue

every time i try to enter a queue it is doing a loading screen than saying "error, The game has lost connection please relaunch the client to restore connectivity error code: VAL 5. i will reinstall but i don't think it will help maybe it is because my pc needs a restart randomly at some games so im afk but it dosent show me a timer

Open task manager Then details Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services Open control panel Uninstall programs...

Open task manager Then details Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services Open control panel Uninstall programs Uninstall riot vanguard Open cmd as admin and type these commands:- 1) sc delete vgc 2)sc delete vgk Then open riot client and click update Restart ur pc after the update.

it did but there is now a lot of frame skips idk why maybe i downloaded valorant wrong ;-; but the game is working so yea ty jidat!
