SSL Certificate Google Trust Services LLC To Let's Encrypt

Hello everyone,

I am using InfinityFree as my hosting service, everything was working great, I had my SSL Certificate issued with Let's Encrypt. I decided to link my website with Cloudflare few days days ago using this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XebS9Skxnsc
My website is still working fine I just wanna change the SSL certificate that the website is using from the Google Trust Services given with Cloudflare to the Let's Encrypt SSL on my hosting service. I have selected SSL/TLS encryption mode as Full like said in the video but it's still using Google Trust Services one issued automatically by Cloudflare. I tried to install the Let's Encrypt SSL certificate again that I have on InfinityFree but it seems like the Google Trust Services is still the one that last and it won't override it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, does this manipulation require me to pay for more advanced options on Cloudflare ?

Cloudflare needs a separate certificate on the origin(InfinityFree) and the edge(Cloudflare itself), the edge certificate by default is issued automatically by any valid certificate authority. If you want to issue Lets Encrypt through Cloudflare you can subscribe to Advanced Certificate Manager, and if you absolutely need to upload your own unmanaged certificate you will need a Business plan.

My question though would be why does it need to be Let's Encrypt?

Alright thanks for your response mate ! So If I wanna use the Let's Encrypt SLL Certificate issued on InfinityFree, I need to choose the Advanced Certificate Manager that will allow me to install the Let's Encrypt right ? I can stay on ethe free plan too right ?

About the SSL Certificate, I'm doing some tests with different SSL Certificates. Cost effective ones, hostname chains, automatic annual renewal and such for a Youtube video.

Alright @Erisa | Support Engineer I got it working without paying, I just needed to disable the Proxy Status in Cloudflare DNS and put it to DNS only for it to use my Let's Encrypt SSL issued by InifnityFree. Thanks for the help provided !
