Updating IP Address for Exisiting Server
Hello, I have the subscription to Battlemetrics RCON and am trying to update my server’s IP. I had to switch to another IP so the one that’s set is outdated. When I tried updating it, it gave an error “Server Conflict Changing the IP would result in duplicate servers in our database. Either add the exisiting Server at that Address, or contact us for help.” Am I supposed to create a new server? I don’t want to lose the historical data.

You need to provide the server information of the new server, so we can find the conflicting server & remove it from the system so you can update.

That server has an active RCON connection. I won't delete a server record that has RCON connected to it. If you want it removed you'll have to delete the connection.
Okay, let me go ahead and do that--when you say delete the server record, does that mean you'll be deleting all of the historical data on it?
I'm hoping to combine the data of both to ensure there is no "gap" in the history
Players tend to focus pretty hard on it so I just wanna cover my bases
