HDD vs SSD Question
Recently I’ve been having some issues where Valorant either takes forever to load me into a game (mostly in TDM or escalation), or just freezes at the end of agent select/the game loading screen, forcing me to restart it. The other day I upgraded my RAM (and also updated to Windows 11) and since then my loading times have been much faster, so I thought the issue was finally gone, but then tonight my game froze during agent select and now I have a queue ban because of it (but the freezes seem to be the only issue; my loading times have been normal ever since I fixed my RAM).
So my question is: I’m currently using an HDD, is it actually worth getting an SSD/is that likely to fix this type of issue? I saw some comments about it in other posts, but I want to be sure that getting an SSD would actually be worth it and would fix this problem, especially since nowadays it’s just freezes (no long load times). And it hardly happens at all, but I don’t want to keep getting long queue bans every time it does
