I'm reaching out to share a deeply distressing situation I've encountered with my PUBG Mobile account. After a year away from the game, I eagerly reinstalled it to reconnect with friends during Ramadan, only to find my account had been hacked.
For the past week, I've been tirelessly reaching out to PUBG Mobile's customer support in hopes of recovering my account. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with silence, leaving me feeling utterly helpless and frustrated.
I'm deeply invested in my PUBG Mobile account, and losing access to it has been devastating. I implore PUBG Mobile's support team to prioritize assisting players like me who have fallen victim to hacking. Recovering my account means the world to me, and I'm pleading for any support or guidance from the community or PUBG Mobile itself.

If you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the customer service in-game have requested you or that it does not match with what they have, they will not be able to assist you further. You will have to cross-check again.

PUBG don’t help much bro I got mine hacked and provided enough evidence for the account and PUBG just rejected me
Brother I have been trying for 9 days to talk to one human agent and I only got automated responses I tried Reddit form/ discord / email / in game support / contacted admin on dms /. I have don’t it all none sees to care one bit . Some moderator just replied to me @baby swifty 🦄 hopefully i will recover it.
