Accidental rebase with wrong DE

When the Legion Go suspend bug was happening, a workaround was to rebase to the March 20th image, I did that with the wrong command and rebased to a KDE image when I had installed a GNOME image. Immediately reverted and rebased again to GNOME, but it seems to have affected some icons (in the image, Favorites icon, .old files icon, SD card icon, in the modified columns there's a bunch too) I suppose the easiest way is to just reinstall Bazzite, in this case, do I need to delete the boot files or does the installer overwrite them? Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling?

Your home directory is where most config are stored. Simplest and cleanest way in my opinion would be a reinstall. If you want to try recreating your home directory and see if it fixes your issue, you could try that first.

Going through the reinstall route, that wrong rebase could be hiding other problems so that's safer, thank you!
