problems with websites
Hello! Basically I'm visiting another country and I found an amazing website to read stories, however my IP got banned out of nowhere when I tried to access it again. The solution they gave me (on the page that announces the ban when trying to access the site) is: communicate with the site owner by email and provide the IP and blablabla... BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THE SITE OWNER BY EMAIL WITHOUT GETTING THE OWNER'S EMAIL
