Does the mod work on the Neo Forge?

I wanted to make a create mod journey with this mod and now think that Neo Forge will be a better option than Forge

certain mods can cause DH to bug out, so if you're making a modpack be sure to check if everything works after every few mods you add

DH only rendering visited chunksI read in the FAQ that DH is just a client mod and this is how it's supposed to be but it's under th 1.20.1 not working for meI'm trying to add the mods to fabulously optimized but its not working game isn't even starting...As the title says.
