Trouble Bundling Project with Webpack or Tsup After @parcel/watcher Dependency Introduction

ever since this pr introduced
ever since this pr introduced
@parcel/watcher as a dependency to platform-node-shared a couple days ago, I am having a real hard time bundling my project using webpack or tsup. Both bundlers either complain that they can't find a module when building or the app fails at runtime because some part of @parcel/watcher is missing. Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong?
