How to fix horrible ping issues.

I normally get 10-20 ping, but since a few hours ago, I'm hitting 60-500 ping. I did everything, such as restart my Valorant, restart my PC, switch connections, close all my applications and stop tasks from running in the background, etc. I didn't do anything differently when the change in ping happened. It makes me unable to play the game because I'm lagging so hard. I'm also in the nearest and lowest ping server (Frankfurt, I live in the Netherlands), so I don't understand what's going on and I was hoping someone could possibly help me!
