Permissions issue off fresh TRPC template

Hello! im running into permissions issues off a fresh install. anytime I pnpm i i run into this permission error in node modules. Ive reinstalled, removed node module, cleared cache. tried running the update and asks to migrate. but keep running into this issue. running pnpm dev starts up the server but the scan doesnt work and brings up json on the local ip hosted. any thoughts on how i can resolve the issue?
