Confused with R2 Pricing

Hi all. I was planning to use R2 for a small project. I saw the pricing. But I was confused. My question is : The free tier 10G/month is it free to use 10GB/month like I used it full 10GB and next month again I used it 10GB. The total size will be of 20GB. So will I be paying or I will be in free tier ?

If you are using 20GB in that month, you get 10GB free and you pay $0.15 ($0.015*10GB) for the rest. The free storage doesn't stack

If you stay below 10GB each month, it's free. For example if you but a file of 10GB on it today, and you keep it on there for 6 months. It's free. Just don't go over the 10GB.
