Hello. I emailed Geonโs support and was directed to post pictures here. Thanks. To summarize: my PCB died when I touched the keyboard and sent a static shock from my hand into it. I was told to post here to trouble shoot.

I think the PCB is damaged due to static electricity, is there any way you can help me?
Yeah sure sounds like static damage, most commonly caused by bad cable and grounding
First approach is always test and reflash
If the PCB is unable to be reflashed, this is most probably a dead MCU

My PCB of this model died as well from static shock. I had to buy a replacement of the same PCB and a spare just in case that one died as well.

i recently bought a new PCB (Apollo 87H) , after building in it i realized my F4. 4, R, F, C column of keys do not work, i do not see any physical damage at the back, and it seems like all other keys work, i tried flashing the firmware, but it seems to not detect the DFU?, any suggestions?
The pcb-hex-json files are no longer available at geon.works/pages/pcb-hex-json. I am diggin around Github, but any help would be appreciated. ๐ I found the releases.

Thank you, i was able to get the drivers installed via this, i am also able to flash the board now, but after flashing the board, none of the keys work anymore, so i just want to check if this is the correct firmware file i should be using?
