game languages

so yk how in english when u turn off ur name to players it automatically turns it to "me". does that for other languages too, and i was wondering what language turns ur name to "Eu" because i couldve sworn it was portuguese or spanish but i tried both and instead it turns my name to "Yo" instead of "Eu". dont ask why i want my name as Eu, i just think it looks cool. so what language makes my name Eu? (attached is a screenshot from a Less vod, a portuguese(?) player)
