LOD's keep showing black holes

My world keeps showing this black holes in my mountain upon joining, and the issue spreads out as I keep playing

I have already tried a lot of troubleshooting

• Replaced iris and DH shader test versions (tried many different versions)
• Deleted config file and LOD's
• Swapped out all my mods except for sodium, fabric api and indium
• Tried different minecraft versions (1.20.1 instead of 1.20.4)
• Tried different shader versions (and switching them off entirely)
