Why I can't access my worker without VPN ?

I deployed cloudflare worker, but I can't access it from Russia. It works when I turn on VPN. Is that problem with worker's settings or something else ?

Why I can't access my worker without VPN ?

I deployed cloudflare worker, but I can't access it from Russia. It works when I turn on VPN. Is that problem with worker's settings or something else ?
