Foreign phone number in my account
Hello PUBG Mobile team
I made 3 requests for "recovery of the account" in the support section but without results. I haven't played for almost 1 year and there the recovery questions are limited to the activity of the last 6 months(the hacker linked his phone number on March 7). The device used was only the emulator. E-mail and facebook associated with my account are still linked, the hacker put his phone number and now I can't connect anymore because he asks me for a verification code....
How can I recover my account if I played on the emulator all the time and I haven't played for almost a year... :(( ?

Could you please create a new post in #support? Also please make sure to include:
- screenshot of your in-game customer service submission
- screenshot of the in-game customer service response (or lack thereof)
- numeric user identification
- brief description
