SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'db.sessions' doesn't exist

does filament usually needs sessions table to work ? my other project of which also using filament v.3.2 doesnt have a sessions table in its db, but i can open it just fine

Check your .env file session driver might be the configuration is 
SESSION_DRIVER=database
SESSION_DRIVER=database
