Lags for 3 secs mid fight

This happens atleast once every match I play, usually also in important fights 💀 My ping suddenly goes to 800 and then back to normal but in that time I'm unable to take a fight or anything, cant even plant the spike

ping 8.8.8.8 -t in cmd for few minutes then ctrl+c if u see any spikes or losses there contact ur isp
