Dependant Select (Showing the ID on the options)

How to fix this showing the id of the current selected item, this was happen when I change the item from the domain select (parent) and when I open the subdomain (child) it shows the id same with the category the child of subdomain

It’s probably because that options isn’t contained in options anymore? You should clear the field probably
