I can't play

when i click play for any gamemode (including practice) it says that "ERROR: The game has lost connection. Please relaunch the client to restore connectivity." I think this is because i had a penalty for leaving comp matches but there is no timer when i click on the play button, only this error keep popping up. This does not happen to my alt account.
