Any recommendations on a server host for a DH server?

I tried using ServerMiner but it doesn't seem to work, even when changing the port in the config file to one used in the "custom" open ports suggested that are free in the server, but I do not get any chunks loading outside the normal minecraft ones. Does anyone have any server hosts that they have managed to get LODs with DH working in?

I have also seen the side fork and downloaded the recommended version from that thread and tried all of that :)

They're probably blocking all ports except 25565. Maybe you could try self hosting on AWS or something.
