Question about penalty system

I was recently given a 24 hour comp ban for going afk (my wifi router is faulty and it took an hour to restart it). My question is, do these kinds of bans stay on a "record", and the next misdemeanor will be a 7 day comp ban, or is there a set amount of time after which the penalty is removed from my record (I go back to receiving like 10 minute queue bans)?
Solution:
To get the 1,3 hours ban again. U need to play matches without going afk
