unable to delete backed-up branches after multiple restore.
I executed "restore from history" to the root branch, it created a backup copy branch as a parent. Then I executed it again, now I am unable to delete any of them. When I try deleting the root branch results in an error "cannot delete the root branch" and if I try deleting the other results in an error "cannot delete branch that has children". Does this mean they will stay forever?

This is true and something we'll address in a future release, as it clutters the Branches page. We create those backups in case your restore operation needs to be rolled back, as discussed here:

Thank you for the clarification. I’m currently in free plan, and after figuring this out, i have 6 permanent branches already. Luckily I have empty database. I will keep it in mind.

Would like to +1 this issue. I did a restore and am unable to delete the parent branch. I'm worried that I may run out of available branches on free tier at some point

Thanks for your feedback. We're working on a solution to allow removing these old backup branches.
