Riot does not offer an official list of which software, hardware, or other modifications may lead to ban. Riot is constantly working on trying to keep the game fair for all players. They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction. Well, just tried to find a few hints from others in this server that could perhaps have any idea. I myself got banned using CrosshairX quite immediately and promised to never do it again. Then I found this reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/VALORANT/comments/nht0lt/does_using_a_controller_get_you_banned/

Only one is talking about it having gotten him banned and the rest mention how some professional player seems to be using it. I just wanted to know if reASWD is in any way popular amongst the players in this server. Perhaps that's the more simple way of asking my question. Whatever, forget it.

there is nearly none, no after all valorant is a M&KB game so there isn't much need for controller remapping typically I believe the only use for software like this would be for people who have disabilities and thus need to use different types of controllers to play the game the pro they are talking about in that post is Dasnerth who doesn't play on controller anymore so I don't think its that relevant either
