lost valorant account
submitted an account recovery ticket on the 25th, no reply yet. any idea why it's taking so long? the automated system said it should take up to 24hrs to reply but it has been several days

i have the same issue, i submitted a ticket a few days ago and i am still yet to get a response
are u the original owner of ur account? in my case, i am not. i bought the account. so i wasnt able to provide complete information for the form
i filled out every line but i didnt have a real answer for every single question

yeah i’m the original owner of the account, my ticket is for my account being banned due to malware flagging vanguard on my pc and banning my alt and main account
2 years ago when my account was stolen and sold on ebay i submitted a ticket and got it back in the span of a day but now it’s super slow support and it really sucks

i bought mine cuz it had skins i wanted and some exclusives
and id have bought them on my own account if they showed up
so it's cheaper n better but not ToS-allowed as i know now. so wont be doing that again whether or not i get mine back
most likely they just lock the account
and will require receipts from the original credit card to have it back

Had a question since you bought your account did u ever try to change region or anything before losing it?
I would assume the account is probably locked by now
But yeah u can ask the original owner to recover it

nah the region was actually already changed before it was sold to me; originally when it was made it was an EU account and before being sold to me it was transferred to NA servers
thats the thing, idek if the seller is the original owner. it most likely has had multiple previous owners
ah i see i got this account from my friend that was bought and i wanted to change it to turkey cuz vp are cheaper for them ig
they just got back to me and they won’t reinstate my account sadly
i went through my computer and discovered it was malware on my computer and it was infecting literally everything on my computer and flagged vanguard as a third party software and they don’t give second chances on that
i gave all the info and evidence i could but they could not reinstate my account so $700 down the drain and hundreds of hours gone
makes sense tbh

maybe u can attempt to chargeback thru ur card provider
say it was ur lil brother hammering away when the company asks
