Incompatibility with physics mod

Hi! im trying to use the physics mode with the iris mode but im getting a compatibility issue. i know its possible to use both because im getting this message right here but im struggling to understand what its trying to tell me because im square brain. which version of iris or physics mod should i use to fix this incompatibility?
