PC Crashing
Whenever I'm in a match, practice or real, when ever I use an ability my pc screen freezes for a few seconds followed by (most of the time) with a blank black screen or a very swift BSOD. I'm not understanding what could be causing it. My cpu and gpu temps look fine and event vewier won't show me anything besides "pc didn't shut down cleanly" error. Any way to fix it? The game was working fine until one match and has been crashing ever since

32 gb of corshair ram
ProArt B550-Creator motherboard
2TB of storage

The bsod shows for a millisecond followed by a shutdown

I think I fixed it
managed to stay in the range for 5+ mins
before I couldn't make it past the firt 30-60 secs
this has been happening to me
ive benn stuck in the loading screen for like an hour

you cant alt tab or alt f4 right?
I did a clean installation on my gpu drives

try using DDU to reinstall you gpu drivers
yeah ik i uninstalled incase of corrupeted game files

download this
make a restore point before you use it
and donwload the latest nvidia driver
after that press clean and restart
and execute the new gpu driver
and restart again
I used navidia geforce

heres what worked for me
im gonna share the entire step by step
this worked for me and might not work for you but ill share it anyways
clean windows reinstall
latest amd driver
used SDIO to install index drivers
turned off antivirus and firewall
launched as admin
and it worked
i hope this resolves your issues too
also download latest version of directx
all the neccessary drivers
dont cheap out on drivers
so the solution couldve been any of these
or all of them at once
