please help with error VAN9003

Hopefully this is the right place to ask help for this. Basically I’ve been getting the error VAN9003 and I followed the riot help page to fix it. When I checked to see if the secure boot is on it said no, but when I followed the steps to turn it on it is already on enabled. I’m not sure what to do

In order to get Vanguard, VALORANT’s anti-cheat, to work on your computer you most enable secure boot and TPM 2.0.
