Valorant support isn't supporting

I have a ticket filed. Can anyone help me about when they will respond to it? I was permanently banned wrongly, for using 3rd party apps, which probably happened after I downloaded Outplayed from Overwolf. I don't think that's a 3rd party app that has any effect on my gameplay. I have all the proof they need. Pls tell me another way to contact them or to reach out to them
